Senior analysts lead collaborative targeting working groups across Geographic Combatant Commands (GCCs) and IC members, presenting and vetting candidate targets for inclusion on target lists. They also assess the impact of both lethal and non-lethal military force, author Battle Damage Assessment reports, and coordinate federated support as needed. Additionally, this role involves Partner Integration Planning, driving cooperation across organizational or national borders among cyber operations partners, providing guidance, and facilitating the development of best practices to support integrated cyber actions.
